The villa was built in the early 20th century, but has experienced a full bloom in 2022 and is now ready to open its doors to any guest looking for a luxurious and peaceful holiday with family or friends. It is only 30 meters away from the nearest sea, and it can accommodate a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), and if necessary, you can use two extra beds (80x200). All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with fully equipped showers, and there is also a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
The spacious living room has a large leather sofa, LED TV with a large screen, and Provencal style. There is of course a kitchen and an impressive sea view through a large glass sliding door and window. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with accents of oak and terracotta, which facilitates the preparation of a light lunch as well as a rich dinner, which is a tradition in the Mediterranean. There is also a dining room with a table for 8 people.
The villa also has two spacious terraces, three balconies, and a terrace around the pool. The infinity pool is 70 m2 in size and 1.45 m deep. Next to it, there are 8 deck chairs and two canopies (canopies) where in the evening this can become your favorite place to watch the sunset. In front of the house, there is a covered area for charcoal or wood grill, where you have the opportunity to prepare fresh fish that local fishermen caught in the bay in front of the villa.
The courtyard of Villa Casa di Oasis offers 5 private parking spaces and is fully fenced. If you reach the villa by boat, there is a solid berth for a boat up to 8 meters.
Guests can expect a welcome gift, and there is also the possibility of organizing a private chef, catering services, and the possibility of purchasing eco-friendly products (fruits, vegetables, cheese, and meat). It is also possible to organize trips on land and sea, wine tasting, and olive oil tasting.
In front of the villa there is a beach for guests where you can swim and dive into the depths of the Adriatic Sea.
The name Molunat bears Illyrian and Greek roots (molos - luka), which refers to the ancient ports of Mali and Veliki Molunat, protected from storms, about which there are many traces in the archaeological finds of the sea and land, walls and fortifications. The area of Molunat is ecologically preserved in nature with numerous species of Mediterranean medicinal plants, an excitingly indented coast of bays, shoals, peninsulas, and two shoals, and a clear sea rich in fish.
