We can also arrange for a multitude of services, amenities and perks. All of which you can see and book in your BOARDING PASS after your booking confirmation.
You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability and additional fees.
If you have an INFANT that would bring your total guests over 5 people, kindly inquire with us for arrangements. We will accept your request. There are already infant supplies onsite and we can make further arrangements for your young one.
THINS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- This is a mobile first travel booking. Everything is done via app, email and messaging. Your entire stay, once booked, is controlled via our BOARDING PASS. All relevant information, upgrades, requests, check-in info, etc... is found on the BOARDING PASS.
- Contactless check-in and check-out.
- Regardless of applicable cancellation policy, all reservations except Airbnb are charged 34% of the total price at confirmation, 33% 30 days prior to trip, 33% on day of the trip. Airbnb reservations are charged as per Airbnb terms and conditions.
- All cancellations except Airbnb, for any reason, are subject to credit card fees of 3.5%-5% of the refund amount.
- Non-Airbnb bookings are subject to an ID verification, rental agreement and Credit Card Hold of $500.00.
- Credit Card Hold is taken 2 business days prior to check-in and is released 4-5 business days after check-out.
- Airbnb bookings are subject to an ID Verification and rental agreement.
- ID Verifications are to make sure the person booking and paying is the person that shows up at the rental.
- There is a pet fee for pet owners of $50 per stay per pet for Airbnb and $15 per night per pet for all other platforms.
- The building is a very old building. The apartment is renovated but the building is not. That is reflected in the pricing.
- The building has 12 other apartments. You must be respectful of other people's living space.
- The apartment is on the lower level which is a semi-basement (its lowest level but it is street level)
- There is a washer/dryer facility but it is paid (controlled by building). That is reflected in the pricing.
- This is not a hotel, it is a vacation rental. We do not have hotel amenities. Keep that in mind before booking. That is reflected in the pricing.
- There are no front desks or staff onsite. We are always available to be communicated with and have emergency staff that can be dispatched for repairs or any issues but they are not onsite. You must contact us if need be.
- We try to provide the best possible instructions for everything, if there is anything that is unclear or you are having trouble with anything, you must contact us as there is no one onsite to help you.
- Due to health reasons and for the sake of the environment, we no longer provide body soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. We provide hand soap, dish soap and all other toiletries. That is reflected in the pricing.
- There are no elevators.
- Always be respectful and polite in any communication with us, other tenants or guests.
- Mishaps happen, kindly let us know if something went wrong. It is the best and most cost effective way to deal with any issue that may have been caused. We will work with you to minimize costs.
- If you are not happy with anything or require information during your stay, kindly inform us right away.
- PARKING
---There is some free street parking available within 5 minute walk of the building. It is subject to various conditions especially in the winter. We cannot GUARANTEE the free parking.

- PETS
--- Pets are welcomed. Kindly inform us when you have a pet and the details of your pet. (type, breed, size, age, name)

--- If you do not disclose your pet, the fees are double.
--- You are responsible for the actions of your pet including damages or extra cleaning.
--- ALWAYS keep your pet on a leash in common areas if applicable.
--- Do not allow your pet on the furniture.
--- Keep your furry friends in their crates if they are left alone in the home to avoid surprises and oopsies.
Guest Access:
Check in starts at 3pm and you can check in anytime after that. You can request early check-in, subject to availability and fees, via your BOARDING PASS.
Building is located on a peaceful street. Double-Park just in front of the building for easy load in-load out. Do not stay there more than 5-10 minutes.
The building is a historical building and the apartment is on the lower floor which is the ground floor in this instance. The building has stairs to access the main entrance (less than 10). There are stairs to then go downstairs to the unit. There are no elevators.
This is an automated entrance with lock box and electronic locks. There are no front desks. You will receive all the access codes on the morning of your arrival date for security reasons. This is a contactless check-in. All this information will be in your BOARDING PASS.
The laundry room is located on the same floor as the unit but in a common area. Laundry room is a paid laundry room.
There is an outdoor terrace available in spring and summer via the back door of the apartment. Accessible as of Spring 2023.

Montreal / Westmount is a Nordic city and as such experiences extreme winter events including blizzards, ice storms and snow storms. Streets and sidewalks can be slippery and covered by snow. The removal of snow is quite efficient but it is quite inconvenient until it is done. Same for the building, best efforts are done to keep passage ways and stairs clear of snow, ice and debris but during major climate events, there may be delays. Please keep that in mind.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Westmount mere minutes from parks, shops, restaurants and leisure activities. Minutes away from the 15, the 720 and 20 and a short walk to the metro station.
Walk Score of 10. On the street of the building, there are multiple coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, a park, hardware store, boutiques and small shops. All within a short five minute walk or less.
Westmount is a trendy and upscale area of Montreal where English is actually the dominant language. Comparable to Toronto's Yorkville, you'll find lots of trendy high end shopping, delicious dining destinations, walk-able streets surrounding the neighbourhood and full accessibility to the rest of the city.
