The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, a living room/bedroom and a bathroom with washbasin and shower. As is usual in the old Viennese town houses, the WC is located in a separate room.
In the large bedroom there is a double bed 1.80 metres wide, in the smaller bedroom a sofa bed 1.40 metres wide and a bunk bed for 2 people with a 1.60 metre wide mattress. This room is in a quiet location with a view of the inner courtyard. The living room has a dining table, a desk and a seating area, which can also be converted into a sofa bed for two people.
Directly opposite the house is the underground (line U6) as well as a bakery and a supermarket, tram (lines 40, 41 and 42) and city bike station around the corner, nice restaurants within walking distance (burgers, Indian, Italian, cafés, Austrian home cooking, vegan, etc.), in 10 minutes in the old town or on the Danube Island.
