5 min drive from Greenhills Shopping center, 10min to the Maitland CBD, 10 mins to the village of Morpeth and 45min-1 hour from the vinyards.
Newcastle CBD is 45 min drive.
Getting Around:
Bus stops are close by and easy access to the highway.
Other Things to Note:
Smoking is not permitted in the unit or in the courtyard. Please ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy before you leave. Bins can be found in the garage or directly adjacent to the unit in the common drive way. Free wi-fi access and foxtel is available. Please also note the unit is located amongst residential tenants please be extra considerate to their surrounds and minimize noise. No parties or large groups.
Interaction with Guests:
Advertised nightly room rate includes bed and basic breakfast supplies for 1-4 guests. There is single garage provided and plenty of street parking. Generally access is from 3pm and check out is 10am.
