The home's build has been ingrained with some Australian history as the material used for the external stonework, the stone table in the back garden and the floor of the kitchen/dining area was sourced from the left- over granite used to build the new Parliament House in Canberra. The large hewed beams are from an old Sydney warehouse, while the slate in the kitchen and the bathrooms are from the roof of an old terrace house in Sydney.
From the cliff's edge at the boundary of the property, there is a path that provides access to the rocky shore and its quiet sandy coves. Alternatively, the main beach is only a 5-minute walk away through a secluded forest path.
Guerilla Bay - only 2 main streets running along the headland and the beach surrounded by Heritage listed National Park and Marine Park, arguably one of the most exclusive areas for holidays on the South Coast and prized for its pristine sanctuary of local flora and fauna.
