Positive: The people definitely make the place and that’s so true here! The service staff was awesome. Rodolfo, Ricardo, Fernando and Delicia were so great and made us feel at home. They went above and beyond. Overall, the food was good and had enough options at the buffet. We enjoyed that there was both beach view and marina and spent a lot of time at the pools. It was so close to the airport which made it so easy, (less than 10 mins), and it’s also easy to get downtown or go on excursions. (We ubered and it was easy and cheap). My toddler was very happy here - children are definitely welcome (and there were a lot!) and we felt very well taken care of.
Negative: We wished there was WiFi in our rooms or at least in more locations. We also wished everything opened a little earlier. With toddler who wakes up at 5:30, 9:00 felt late for pool access and we thought for an all-inclusive the bar should be available by 10:00. The rooms are definitely more dated but we loved our roomie villa.
Summary: Overall a nice stay for our family - great staff!
