Just a 30 minute drive from the Mumbles with its excellent boutiques, stylish shops, galleries and cafes and with some of the best beaches in the Gower just nearby; including Rossilli, Oxwich and Three Cliffs Bay, this is the perfect destination for a holiday. Pack up a picnic and spend lazy days at the seaside. Head to Langland with its pretty beach huts and dine at a beach side cafe… simply perfect! Size: sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms Beds: 1 x king size bed, 1 x double bed, 1 x twin beds. Accommodation Ground floor Entrance: through wooden gate and small terraced garden into hallway, with underfloor heating throughout. Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Ensuite wet room: shower, WC, wash hand basin. Bedroom 3: twin beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers. Shower/wet room: walk in shower, wash hand basin, WC. First Floor Stone spiral staircase leads to the first floor living accommodation. Kitchen: Retro style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, 4-ring induction hob, under counter lighting, table and 8 chairs. Garden lounge: steps down. Leather sofa, bar billiards table, bookcase and TV with separate Sky box, showing both family and sports package and bi-folding doors onto the garden. Reception: wood burning fire with log storage underneath, Smart TV with Sky. L-shaped leather sofa. French doors onto a decked terrace with steps down to the garden. Second Floor Master Bedroom Suite: king size bed, desk and wardrobe.(Low beamed ceiling). Steps up to dressing area. Ensuite bathroom: bath, wash hand basin, WC. (low beamed ceiling). Entertainment: bar billiards table, bookcase and TV with separate Sky box with family and sports packages Outside: sunken hot tub, cedar barrel sauna and outside shower. Enclosed, private rear garden with terraces, some artificial lawn. Garden is gated with storage for bikes, surfboards etc. For families: travel cot. Parking: parking for 2 cars. General: changeover day - Friday (can be flexible out of peak season). Electric heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Pocket sprung memory foam mattresses with goose down duvets. WiFi. Hot tub (Extra charge will apply for all stays - £60 per short break or £100 per full week booking. Must be added at time of booking). 4 star rating. Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
