Summary: We we disappointed. Our 1st morning ants were in the bathroom on the 1st level. We know that can happen. They were quick to came and spray. The next morning my mother informed me they ants were everywhere. Including in her BED. It took over 6 hours to finally be relocated into another unit. I spent hours sending photos and videos. Why I did I have to send them. Why didn't they just send someone to take photos and videos. Plus they didn't have anyone to assist us with our luggage. We paid a Lyft driver to move our luggage to another unit across the resort.
