Summary: Lack of room storage / hanging space / hanging hooks by sink - shower - bed firm - room was dis try and robes hadn’t been cleaned, hot water took along time to arrive 15-20 mins on day one- drains in bathroom were smelly- no decaffeinated coffee available- front seat prior to arrival was slow to respond
