Summary: Sama is one of those rare places that feels almost sacred. From the moment we arrived, the sense of calm was immediate — the sound of the ocean, the open spaces, and the kindness of everyone on the team made it easy to slow down and just be. Our cottage was beautifully designed, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings. We loved waking up to birdsong and ending each day with a stroll along the quiet beach. The food was a highlight — fresh, nourishing, and full of flavor, prepared with such care by the chef. The Ayurvedic treatments were exceptional. The resident doctor was attentive and insightful, and the therapists clearly knew their craft. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I’ve been in a long time. If you’re looking for peace, authenticity, and a connection to nature — this is it. Sama isn’t flashy or overdone; it’s heartfelt, genuine, and deeply restorative.
