Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good location. Up a steep road but with great views from the lounge. Thoughtful facilities provided and the whole place was beautifully clean. A great base for exploring Lucerne.
Negative: Wifi was patchy - dipped in and out during our stay Couldn't work out how to use the bedroom lamps - very complicated!
Summary: Great base for exploring Lucerne, especially for groups/families.
