Summary: We are seasoned travelers that have been to over 100 countries and prefer upscale hotels. The Park Hyatt didn't meet our expectations. The rooms are outdated, the food is mediocre and the restaurant's service is pretty bad. The lobby, the pools and the grounds are pretty and well maintain but that is all.
