During the day, take a short walk on Sea Winds private boardwalk to cross over the dunes to enjoy the white sands of St Augustine Beach. In the evening you can view a colorful sunset from your balcony overlooking the lagoon. Sunbathing, walking (miles of white sand beaches), bicycling or just enjoying the ocean, resting and reading are all choices awaiting you. Park your car in your own private driveway. In less than 5 minutes, you can walk, bike, or drive to Starbucks, Publix Grocery & Liquor, Walgreens, US Post Office, UPS Store, Ace Hardware, plus many, many great restaurants and Wednesday Farmer's Market at the Pier, with lots of shopping and ice cream along A1A Beach Road. If you are interested in maintaining or elevating your fitness level during your stay, our condo offers you exclusive access to our PELOTON bike in the downstairs master bedroom. PELOTON https://www.onepeloton.com is a high-end indoor bicycle rigged with a Wi-Fi-enabled, 22-inch touchscreen tablet that streams live and on-demand classes and allows the rider to compete with other participants and get a strenuous cardio workout in the process. During your stay, you'll have 24-hour access to the PELOTON NYC studio's cycling classes that streams daily live classes directly to our condo. Users must have a current PELOTON subscription account to log onto bike, plus bring their own bike shoes, heart monitor and earphones in order to use the equipment! Please let us know when you arrive that you're a current subscription member of PELOTON and would like to use the PELOTON bike. Sea Winds #49 is an elegant and comfortable condo with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for 6-8 people! (a sofa bed in the living room provides an additional queen bed) You'll want to relax on the balconies and enjoy the spectacular ocean views. The townhome is 1600 square feet and has 3 floors with direct ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The top third floor of condo features a private master suite with queen bed, flat screen TV, and walk in closet and private bathroom. The private balcony off the master suite has a spectacular ocean view and is the perfect spot for watching a gorgeous Florida ocean sunrise with your morning coffee! The second floor features a balcony that offers stunning ocean views from the living room that is equipped with flat screen TV, (Roku included to watch all your Netflix AND AMAZON favorite movies) plus a faux electric fireplace with heat element, an inviting dining room and a spacious updated kitchen that has everything needed to prepare and enjoy all your favorite local seafood meals. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can convert to a queen bed for two extra people. A half bathroom is also on second floor. You can also enjoy sunbathing in the zero gravity chairs on the private patio deck off the kitchen. The first floor on the ground level has a second master suite with a queen bedroom equipped with flat screen TV and attached full bath and private patio looking out on the peaceful lagoon. Down the hall on the first floor is the 3rd bedroom with twin beds and a nearby full bathroom. The laundry room is also on the first floor and has full size washer and dryer. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, HDTV & Cable. There are plenty of sheets, blankets and towels at your disposal. Plus, there are games and books for the rainy days indoors. There is also a guest closet stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys that our guests are welcome to use. Sea Winds is a gated beach front community with a private boardwalk to the ocean and a sparkling swimming pool with new hot tub. There is also a tennis court on the property for your use and a clubhouse that can be rented for private functions. This unit is not pet friendly.
