Welcome to Sunrise Shores at Turquoise Place. Truly one of the most unique Turquoise Place condos with some of the best views too! If sunrises are your thing, then you are in for a treat! Enjoy your coffee on the wrap around balcony while watching the majestic colors of the sunrise flood the beach and ocean around you. The balcony is the perfect place any time of day to enjoy the constant ocean breeze and sound of crashing waves. Turquoise Place is unique in that all condos offer both a gas grill and private hot tub. There is nothing better than ending a fun-filled day at the beach with a nice soak in the hot tub or enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the stunning views of both the Gulf and the surrounding Bay. **Balcony Hot Tub is currently closed (as are all balcony hot tubs at Turquoise Place).
The luxury extends into the interior. Newly renovated in January 2021, Sunrise Shores is unlike any other Turquoise Place condo. With many fresh updates, it is sure to stand out from the crowd. This 4 bedroom, 26th floor corner condo has floor to ceiling windows providing views for miles from the living areas and bedrooms. The 3,500 square feet of living space is inviting and filled with top of the line, custom furnishings throughout.
The kitchen is truly a cook's delight, featuring a huge SubZero refrigerator, Wolf oven, microwave, warming drawer and gas stovetop. There are even three dishwashers to make clean up a breeze. The adjacent dining area seats six and features floor to ceiling curved glass that will have you taking in the beautiful scenery. The curved breakfast bar seats six and is beautifully finished with custom stacked stone, as is the wet bar area which makes entertaining easy with ice maker and wine cooler. The custom stacked stone is also featured in the living room on the gas fireplace, the perfect place to spend a cozy winter evening.
All 4 bedrooms are spacious and have private bathrooms as well as balcony access and flat screen TV’s. In addition to a comfy king size bed and sitting area and desk space, the master suite also has a spacious bath complete with jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom, a favorite of many guests, features floor to ceiling windows and stunning views , along with a king size bed, private bath with a walk in shower and closet. The 3rd bedroom also has amazing views, a king size bed and a private bath with walk in shower and closet. The 4th bedroom is the perfect private retreat with 2 full size beds and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo and nice sized walk in closet. Don't forget that each bedroom has access to one of the 2 spacious balconies!
There is a nice sized laundry room with full size washer and dryer, as well as a half bath in the hallway. Tucked away in a hall closet you will find a beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella provided for your use. We also supply beach towels for you to use during your stay.
Turquoise Place offers a lazy river, indoor and outdoor saltwater pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, sauna and steam rooms, fitness center and a children's play area. The star of the resort is the beautiful beach, with powder soft sand and the relaxing sound of crashing waves. You can set up a choice spot in the sand with the beach chairs and umbrellas that we provide in the condo, or during the beach season, you can choose to enjoy the beach from the available rental loungers and umbrellas located oceanfront. The onsite snack bar is one of our favorite features, and in season, it’s perfect for a beachy cocktail or lunchtime snack. Turquoise Place is Orange Beach's most famous and upscale resort with luxury and amenities that will have you coming back year after year!

Additional parking beyond the two parking spaces must be arranged directly with Turquoise Place on arrival and at an additional cost. At this time most additional parking places are off site.
** Construction Note: Parking Garage adjacent to the C building is currently under construction. During this time there could be construction noise during the day and/or construction equipment visible next to the C Tower at Turquoise. Additionally, the C Tower outdoor pool may be closed during some phases of construction (the main outdoor pool should remain open).
