A house within the village area surrounded by green scenery. This fully airconditioned 3 bedroom house is located on ground floor complete with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A centralised Private Pool is also available for rental at Rm20 per hour for the whole family to use.
Mri Homestay Sg Buloh offers home-style accommodations in Kampong Merbau Sempak, 14 mi from Kuala Lumpur's city center. This is a single studio open concept unit with 2 double beds, a kitchen and en suite bathroom. This unit is part of Mri Residence housing complex which consist of 6 Homestays and 2 Roomstays. There are 16 rooms in total.

The guest can use fully enclosed centralised pool whenever available. The whole family can book the pool for private use at the rate of Rm20 per hour. The centralised swimming pool will be blocked to other guests when booked by one of the guests/groups
Parking is always available free of charge and plenty of parking area is available.
Terms And Conditions (mri Homestay Sg Buloh)
1. Check -in and check -out times are as follows:
Check In: after 3pm
Check Out: Before 12pm
2. The number of adult guests does not exceed the maximum number set for each homestay unit.
3. All damages resulting from the customer's negligence will be borne by the customer himself. The security deposit of Rm100 for each homestay unit shall be paid during check-in and will be refunded after check-out by "bank transfer" or cash if there is no loss or damage to property, furniture placed in the original place, keys and power access the card is not segregated as well as the autogate controller is also returned in its original condition.
4. The payment made during booking will not be refunded unless a cancellation notice is given at least 7 days before the day of arrival so that we can reopen the booking to other guests.
5. It is prohibited to bring in pork, drugs, alcohol or any other items prohibited by Islam and the Malaysian constitution.
6. Unmarried couples or groups of the opposite sex (who are not family members) are strictly prohibited from renting the same homestay. We will ask for family proof such as a marriage certificate card if necessary.
7. It is not allowed to make wild parties, immoral activities or extreme noise.
8. Smoking is not allowed in the homestay. If we find traces of smoking and the smell of cigarettes in the homestay, the security deposit will not be refunded.
9. It is not allowed to wear shoes in the homestay and please note that bath towels are not provided in this homestay.
10. Vehicle registration plate must be recorded in the check -in form.
11. The pool is available for rental at Rm20 per hour per group. Customers are required to constantly monitor children while using the pool. Mri Homestay is not responsible for the safety of pool users.
12. Customers are asked to take care of the behavior of themselves and children and always be careful during the stay at Mri Homestay by not using high-powered electrical appliances, be careful when going in and out of the toilet or any activity that can endanger the customer. Mri Homestay will not be responsible for any accidents or mishaps that may befall its customers and guests due to their own negligence.
13. By agreeing to pay (or pay online via Ota) for this booking, the customer is deemed to have agreed to all the Booking Terms and Conditions and also agrees to allow part or all of the security deposit to be deducted (based on the damage/loss) if These Terms and Conditions are not complied with.
