Summary: The bathroom set up is very tight and difficult to navigate getting in and closing the door. Upon check in I asked for new towels and the trash to be emptied the next day. I was staying Sunday to Tuesday as my husband was having surgery in Boston. No one ever brought new towels or emptied the trash. Before I left I asked for an extra laundry bag of dirty laundry. It never came. I was very surprised. Normally Hyatt is on point. The breakfast had a very large variety and was nice. The room was clean and the shower and tv worked. We normally stay at Hyatt. We still will
