Positive: room was lovely, location perfect, lobby smelled great
Negative: wish there had been ham with the breakfast, coffee machine should be available all day at no cost. massive appeal, minimal costs. I was surprised there was no ice machine available and had to rely on the one water dispenser in the lounge.
