Summary: We had several issues during our stay here. The main issue was the massage, both me and my partner had one. Mine included a head massage but there was very little head massage, only a few minutes in the end and the experience was traumatising as the person massaging literally PULLED my hair and was super aggressive. My partner's masseuse had a cold and kept blowing their nose. Additionally the masseuse didn't introduce themselves, asked if the pressure was OK, nor handled the surroundings in a calm manner. We expected more from a massage in a place like this. When raising our issues with the massage we were taken very seriously by several staff members, we got refunded and our issues were taken seriously so I'm very happy about the service provided in this situation. Although the reception staff was super empathic and friendly, the service level in the restaurant was low and felt bare minimum. We had a few issues in the room but they were also quite quickly fixed so that was great. Lastly, the pool areas are not dimensioned properly for the number of guests. There's very few seats/beds by the pools and one morning they were completely full and no more seats/beds could be added. Additionally they don't provide you with umbrellas so even if there's seats they might be fully in the sun at 32 degrees with UV 11. The highlight was the beds, they were extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. The AC is also very quiet and efficient.
