Positive: Good location on bus routes including from airport (stop 12 is nearest- 5 min walk) with good facilities and easy access to the city and lots of eating places nearby. Very spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, lots of social space. Excellent breakfast buffet!
Negative: Nothing. All great.
Summary: Great base for exploring Madeira- will stay here again!
