Positive: Location and view were nice.
Negative: Someone's shirt was found in one of the rooms. Beds uncomfortable. Glass was dirty so you couldn't see view well from inside or thru glass on porch. Wrong code given to me at first. Hotel didn't have any amenities except pool. Elevator was down on leaving day took us 30 minutes to get down.
Summary: A little updating would go a long way.
