Vernal is our second home and as a family of 6, we included all of the comforts needed for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation with kids, including:
A well-stocked kitchen with coffee, hot cocoa, & tea.
Dinosaur-themed bedroom with lots of toys, books, and games.
High chair & portable crib for baby.
4 TVs (including 1 in each bedroom) with Disney+, Netflix, & ESPN.
Decor that highlights the unique beauty of Utah.

The Space:
The upstairs space has 3 bedrooms, a laundry room, and two bathrooms:
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom with a tub and shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet. Stored in the closet there is a queen-size air mattress and a full-size air mattress with sheets. These mattresses can be set up on the main floor to offer more sleeping options for guests.
The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-sized trundle bed under the bottom bunk that can be pulled out offering another bed (comfortably sleeping 4). This room is designed especially for kids and is stocked with toys, books, and games.
The second bathroom on the top level has a bathtub and a shower.
The laundry room has a new, modern, large-capacity washer and dryer.
The main floor has an entryway, coat closet, half-bath, comfortable living room with a small desk for extra workspace, and a kitchen & dining room.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes (including kid-friendly options), cookware, rice cooker, griddle, waffle iron, and more. There is a new dishwasher and fridge.
The dining room table comfortably seats 6 as is but has an extendable leaf to accommodate two more guests if needed (extra chairs are stored in the garage).
Guest Access:
Access in and out of the neighborhood is simple and open. There is one parking spot in front of the townhome in the driveway and ample additional parking just across the street.
