It has two bedrooms on the first floor, both with twin beds, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with access to the family bathroom. The spacious master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, and a private balcony overlooking the pine trees and the swimming pool.
The spacious living room features a fireplace, L-shaped sofa and armchair, TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. French doors provide direct access to the covered outdoor patio and pool area (8x4). The pool can be heated for an extra fee.
The dining room next to the kitchen has a dining table and chairs and opens onto the barbecue area and covered patio, with outdoor seating and dining table, as well as to the private pool area with sun loungers, where you can enjoy an al fresco meal and soak up the sun.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
The villa has underfloor heating on the first floor and air conditioning in the master bedroom upstairs.
Aldeia das Descobertas is a group of houses located near the entrance to the Praia d'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. The tennis club is a few minutes' walk away, and the social club and the first tee are about a 10-minute walk. The beach and the 5-star Marriott hotel, with spa, gym and restaurants, are a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away.
