Our exclusive apartment house is located directly on the fine sandy Scharbeutzer beach with direct beach access. Ideal for small children as the beach slopes down into the water. Beach chairs and loungers and pedal boats can be rented on the beach. The center with shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Extras, such as cots and high chairs are subject to availability. New from Easter 2016 2 beach chairs on the beach (subject to availability) We offer our guests from Easter 2017 a beach chair on the beach with the booking. This is a service for our guests and is valid only upon availability, there is no claim to a beach chair. The beach chair costs 5, - Euro per day. It can be reserved directly with the holiday booking.

Our large, well maintained and flowered outdoor area offers a large sun terrace partly covered with barbecue area, loungers, beach chairs, tables and chairs and a sandpit, a playhouse with children's kitchen and other games for our younger guests. The entrance area houses a selection of children's and adult books and board games for young and old to borrow free of charge, children's cassette recorders and children's cassettes, children's computers and a V-Tech V-Smile game console. Parking spaces are directly at the house. All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Pets are not allowed with us.
This apartment over 2 levels is suitable for 2-4 persons, with beautiful sea views over the Baltic Sea. It has a living room with dining table for 4 persons, sideboard, flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom with DVD player, wardrobe with safe and spring core sofa bed (lying area 155cm x 200cm). The separate kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, kettle, 3 in 1 microwave with baking function, toaster, egg cooker, 2 plate stove, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer. In the shower room with toilet you will find the initial towels and a hairdryer. A wooden staircase from the living room leads to the bedroom in the loft. Due to the sloping roof we have a ceiling height of 1.88m in the middle of the room. It is equipped with 2 single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and TV. From there you have a fantastic view over the Baltic Sea. After waking up to enjoy the sunrise, what could be better.
